I've always had my Korean AYCE bbq at Cham Sut Gol so going to Incheonwon was a deviance from my customs. It's actually across the street from me (practically) so we just walked over from my house. Stepping inside, I noticed how open the space was. We were seated at a back corner but everything was quite open and not claustrophobic. I liked how the grill was inset so that less grease would splash out during cooking; also, the grill was circular which made more sense to me.

We ordered the AYCE Dinner A which came with the much-eaten brisket, marinated pork belly, marinated chicken, beef bulgogi, and spicy pork. I believe it came with much else but these were the ones we focused on. We each also got the egg pot which is quite delicious! I thought that the meat was only okay, however. The spicy pork was very good, tender and seasoned well. The brisket was enjoyable but not very flavorful (frozen too long...?). The side dishes were good but the main ones we touched were the rice paper wraps and the bean sprouts. The rest were a tad untouched.

Again, I'll have to say that their cooking grill design is better than I've seen elsewhere, and their service was quite hospitable. However, in terms of meat quality, I'm looking for something a little more. Would I come here again? Possibly - I mean, it's not far from where I live anyhow!
