Recipe - Five-Color Salsa

I decided to toss together my own recipe for a salsa that incorporated at least 5 colors (5 colors a day keeps the doctor away?) so I will dub it so! Here we go for some of Minerva’s 5-Color Salsa. By the way, the lemon’s all you need to get the vegetables’ juices going.
Step 1: Ingredients (serving size: eater's discretion)

  • garlic salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • basil, dried (to taste)
  • 1/2 bunch of green cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 1 green poblano pepper, diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow lemon, juice only
  • 4 medium red tomatoes, diced

Step 2: Dicing and mixing
Dice up all of the vegetables and put it into a bowl. Add the seasonings and mix. The lemon juice comes last.
